The investments described herein were made while the Principals were employees of their respective previous firms. Mr. Zia generally served as the board representative for his former employer and advised the portfolio company on financial and operational matters. Mr. Zia was not on the investment committee for either employer involved in the investments. Mr. Baig advised the portfolio company on financial and operational matters, and did not serve on the investment committee for his former employer.

The case studies herein are not to be considered a complete list of all investments historically made by the Principals.
