Mateen Syed

Mateen Syed is the Chief AI Officer and was the firm’s first employee in 2014. 

He collaborates with Aldrich’s portfolio company leadership on key strategic, go-to-market, technology, talent-related, and operational topics. His current focus is on developing and executing revenue growth strategies that maximize profitability and drive sustainable long-term growth. In this role, he works closely with senior leadership teams to identify key areas of opportunity and develop data-driven strategies to capitalize on them. 

In the past, Mateen has led engineering, information technology, data science and sales operations teams at various organizations.  

Mateen graduated with a Masters in Information Systems from Lawrence Technological University and Bachelors in Computer Science Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad, India.
