Ansaar Baig

Ansaar Baig is a Senior Associate at Aldrich Capital Partners. Ansaar joined Aldrich Capital Partners in 2026.

Prior to joining Aldrich Capital Partners, Ansaar was the VP of Finance and Chief of Staff at White Rock Medical Center, a two-hospital system with over 250 beds serving more than 50,000 patients annually. There, he led the finance, FP&A, and revenue cycle functions, including two revenue cycle management transitions that increased revenue by 10%, and was part of the management team through the company’s eight-figure exit. Prior to White Rock Medical Center, he worked as an investor at ASG, the vertical software investment arm of Alpine Investors.

Ansaar received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering with a concentration in Healthcare Engineering from Northwestern University. He will begin his MBA at Harvard Business School in 2027.
