Maximilian Funke

Max is a Vice President at Aldrich Capital Partners, where he leads the firm’s Software investment team. Based in Tysons Corner, he joined ACP in 2017 and is responsible for sourcing and executing new investment opportunities. After an investment closes, Max partners with leadership teams to drive key growth initiatives, including recruiting executive talent and exploring add-on acquisitions.
He served as Director of Finance & Operations at Decisions, a provider of infrastructure SaaS, and previously worked at Cerberus Capital Management, a leading private equity firm. Max holds a BS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
