Samba Rao is a Vice President at Aldrich Capital Partners. He is an experienced operations and transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience building and scaling operating platforms, driving enterprise-wide change, and improving business performance.

Prior to joining Aldrich, Samba spent nearly a decade supporting healthcare organizations, leading complex business process re-engineering initiatives that delivered meaningful improvements in efficiency, quality, and financial outcomes. His background includes launching early-stage businesses, stabilizing high-growth environments, and working closely with boards of directors and executive leadership teams to translate strategic objectives into execution.

Samba brings a hands-on, structured approach to value creation, with deep expertise in process optimization, digital transformation, and change management. He holds a master’s degree and is PROSCI®-certified in change management, a Certified AI Expert, and a Lean and Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
