Vincent Horne

Prior to joining ACP in 2026, Vincent began his career as a Field Engineer with Webber Infrastructure, supporting a contract with the FDOT to optimize work order completion for bridge asset maintenance. He then transitioned into sales at D-Fend Solutions, where he worked as a Business Development Representative generating pipeline for their counter-drone campaign. Vincent graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering in 2023.
